ToolBuddy terms of use

1. What ToolBuddy is

   A tool for keeping track of who borrowed what from whom. Nothing more.

2. What ToolBuddy is not

   Not a party to your arrangements. We do not mediate, insure anything, or process payments between buddies. Damage, loss and compensation are between you and your buddy.

3. Your account

   One person per account, minimum age 16. You are responsible for your password.

4. What you add

   Do not add tools that are not yours, and no photos in which somebody else is recognisable without their permission.

5. ToolBuddy Pro

   A subscription through the App Store or Google Play. You cancel it there; we cannot do it for you. The current price is always shown in the app.

6. Ending it

   You can delete your account at any time. We may end an account for abuse, stating the reason.

7. Liability

   ToolBuddy is provided as it is. We do our best to keep your data, but ToolBuddy is not a backup of your possessions.

8. Governing law

   Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protection continues to apply.
